Energy Transition Strategies Summit
Riding the Next Wave of Industry Transformation
14 June | Grange Tower Bridge, London

The FT energy transition strategies summit will explore the latest trends and issues impacting the global energy industry.

Kingsmill Bond, our New Energy Strategist, will be taking part in the FT Lex debate at 12:05. The topic of this debate will be Is Renewable Energy a Good Investment? There will be two participants on each side of the debate, and an audience vote at the conclusion.

The participants will debate whether renewable energy is economically sustianable enough to continue to attract capital. The debate will not ask questions on the worthiness of green energy, but whether it can deliver good investment returns, particularly if interest rates rise significantly in the years ahead.

Kingsmill will be debating with:

  • Debate Convenor: Alan Livsey, Lex Writer, Financial Times
  • Philip Lambert, CEO, Lambert Energy Advisory
  • Carly Magee, Partner, Foresight Group
  • John Constable, Director, Renewable Energy Foundation
