Our founder and executive director Mark Campanale is speaking at the Economist Green Business Summit in Abu Dhabi.

The summit will convene business leaders, policymakers, scientists, academics, and investors, to offer them concrete strategies and ideas to help them to prepare for the future, and scale up their efforts towards ensuring sustainability.

Mark is speaking on the 12:10 panel titled Encoding Sustainability into Capital Markets.

Capital is increasingly being used as a tool for sustainable development and not solely for short-term gains. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) policies are no longer just nice to have, but are actually starting to reshape the goals and fiduciary duties of investment professionals. How can financial backers collaborate with governments and international associations to improve financial flows to environmental innovators and adopters?
